Processing Times

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Options & Charges

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, providing a fast and reliable service with full tracking updates.

Delivery Timeframes

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver your parcel the next working day after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, strikes, or unforeseen delays.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can look into this for you.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Returns & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items

  Personalised or bespoke number plates are non-refundable once the order has been placed, as they are created specifically to your requirements.

  Sale items or items purchased using a coupon/discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded or returned.
  

Returns

• 
  Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or faulty. You must contact us immediately upon delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
  
• 
  We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for cancellations once the order has been processed.
  
• 
  If your number plate is faulty or incorrect, we will rectify the issue and send a replacement, but no cash refunds will be issued for bespoke items.
  

14-Day Returns for Non-Personalised Items

We offer a 14-day return for new, unused, non-personalised items such as number plate holders or fitting accessories.

To qualify, items must be returned in:

  Original packaging
  
• 
  Unused and in resalable condition
  

This does not apply to personalised or bespoke number plates.

Cancellation Policy

• 
  You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it.
  
• 
  After 15 minutes, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
  

Sale Items & Discount Codes

Items purchased on sale or with a coupon/discount code are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if an item is defective.

To arrange an exchange, email us at info@[yourdomain].co.uk with:

  Photographic evidence and a short explanation
  

We will resolve the issue and send a replacement.

Gift Returns

  If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser where applicable.
  

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  No refunds will be issued for personalised or bespoke plates once created.

  Sale items and coupon purchases are strictly non-refundable.

  Faulty bespoke items will be remade or corrected, but cash refunds are not offered.
